What to Write in a New Born Baby Card
Need a little help with what to write in a new born baby card? We’ve got a few suggestions below to help get those creative juices flowing.
New Born Baby Card Messages:
Just a note to say how thrilled we were to hear about the safe arrival of Jack. You’ll make wonderful parents! We wish you years of fun, love and laughter together.
Congratulations on the birth of Amelia. Wishing you all a lifetime of fun, love and happiness
Congratulations on the arrival of baby Emily. We can’t wait to meet her and would love to call in when you’re ready to have visitors.
Fantastic news! Huge congratulations on the safe arrival of baby Harry, great to hear you’re all doing well.
Welcome to the world baby George. Thinking of you all at such a special time. Looking forward to sharing and making lots of happy memories with you and can’t wait to be part of your journey through life. I’m here for whenever you need me.
As I was finishing this article, the birth of baby Sussex happened and social media feeds were full of well wishes from celebrities and politicians from around the world. What do the rich and famous say to congratulate new arrivals? Here are a few messages of congratulations (via their twitter accounts)
The Politicians were fairly formal…
Theresa May – “Congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on the arrival of their baby boy. Wishing you all the best at this happy time”
Jeremy Corbyn – “Congratulations to Meghan and Harry on the birth of their baby. I hope they’re all doing well”.
Prince William via the Kensington Palace twitter account seemed slightly more humorous in his well wishes: “We’re absolutely thrilled – welcome to the sleep deprivation society”
From further afield, Michelle Obama seemed to offer a more heartfelt and excited response (which I really like) – “Congratulations Meghan and Harry! Barack and I are so thrilled for both of you and can’t wait to meet him”.
Meghan’s co-star on Suits (which I used to watch!) Sarah Rafferty had a great response too: “hearts are leaping for a beautiful, wondrous and healthy baby boy! Sending much love and wishes for every blessing across the pond today and everyday!”
We hope this has helped inspire you – if you have any more suggestions, we’d love to hear from you so please leave a comment to add to the list

A lovely gift idea could be one of our beautiful personalised prints which can hang in the baby’s nursery. Each print has the child’s name and a message of your choice so everyday they can be reminded that they are in your thoughts – www.bellandwalsh.co.uk
